Getting used to the new webstream

Overall I like the changes to the prayer room that were done over the onething conference. The new look is definately an improvement over the old one, visually speaking. I know it is a work in progress, but there are some funny things I've seen over the past couple days.

In the old prayer room shots, you saw most of the stage: prayer leader, intercessor mic on the floor, 4 singers, percussion, drums, acoustic 1 & 2 and keys.

Now, you never know. Right now, you can see the worship leader, matt, in an inset and the prayer leaders and 3 of the singers. It is kinda weird when I hear someone singing who isn't in the shot. Even more weird this morning at the 6 a.m. set was the shot that cut off part of the head of the Tim and Marcus... while you know their head is still there somewhere, it's still a little disturbing.

And it's seriously disturbing, to me at least, to not see who's praying at the intercessor mic. I know before you really couldn't see them, but a fuzzy image with lots of brown in the background worked better, at least for me.

Over all, I like the direction that IHOP-KC is going with this and I know it's just the "joy" of growing pains. If you don't subscribe to the webstream, you should. For $10 a month you get 744 hours of worship and prayer a week. What a deal.
